#project365:  Day 9 - January 9

Title:  A Close-Up Look

Commentary:
I love macro photography.  I love seeing just how close to a subject I can get, testing the limits of the lens.  I have lens adapters for my camera, but I didn't use them for this image.  This is the brand label on my piano.

I love seeing the intricate detail of the subject.  When taking a photo of a flower, for instance, centimeters away from the surface of the petal, you can see the fibers of the petal, the brilliant color magnified.

    Christopher Cawley.

One day I picked up a camera.  And discovered this is pretty awesome.

#project365 is something I hope to keep up with through the year 2021.  A picture every day.  Sometimes they're pics of things important to me, or sometimes just a random shot of something that looked good at the time.  Sometimes they'll be pictures from my archives. "'PictureIT' because anything can be interesting if you let it be."
